If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, chances are, you’re eligible to be a Premium Account.
About Premium Account Services
Our newly established Premium Account Services are for companies, groups or organizations that need more than just a web site and customer service team. As a Premium Account, one of our Business Development Managers will work with you to address all of your logo apparel and promotional product needs.
There is no charge to become a Premium Account. However, a Premium Account will typically:
- Spend roughly $500 a month or $4,000 annually with Queensboro.
- Place large orders or order frequently.
- Have an ongoing need for logo apparel or promotional items.
- Require specialty apparel not typically found on the Queensboro.com site.
- Host events that require custom kitting, custom logo apparel and promotional items.
Upon becoming a Premium Account, you’ll be assigned a Business Development Manager that will be your point of contact at Queensboro. Your representative will see to all of your questions and concerns, recommending new products and services, and updating you about your orders.

You’ve already met Adaire Howard on Behind the Seams. One of our best known employees, Adaire is a vital part of our Premium Accounts team. Adaire Howard has been with us for seven years. A graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington, Adaire is known around town as “the face of Queensboro.” In her spare time, she enjoys volleyball, walking her dog around downtown, and spending time with friends and family.

As mentioned in our Run for Ray post, Bob is a runner, and also, a key Queensboro team member. A graduate of LI Southampton College, Bob has vast experience in non-profits, Customer Service, creating/managing events for EPCOT, and Guest Services at Disney World. Originally from Albany, Bob enjoys volunteering with the NC Coastal Land Trust and visiting Masonboro Island with his wife.

Our newest Business Development Manager, Amber Sheets, has worked with Queensboro since 2012. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Amber has several years of experience in Customer Service and Sales in both mid-sized and large corporations. She’s volunteered with the Junior League, Domestic Violence Center and in her free time, is also involved with local theatre and film.
